Delivery, T&C's
Each piece of jewellery is hand crafted by myself here in my studio in Edinburgh, Scotland. I use 925 sterling silver, and recycled gold. Each piece is hallmarked.
SIZING Most items have various size option, and pieces can be made to exact measurements, simply contact me with your requirements. I am happy to carry out any alterations on pieces purchased.
PACKAGING The jewellery will arrive giftwrapped and securely boxed.
DELIVERY I have listed the delivery times of the jewellery on each individual product page. The jewellery is usually made to order. If you require something sooner please contact me as I might have one in stock and I am always happy to meet your deadlines wherever possible.
SHIPPING Within the UK I use Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' and 'Signed For' services.
For International I use either Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or DHL Courier.

Delivery is free within the UK and a flat rate of £10 worldwide.
CUSTOMS CHARGES Each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their countries border control.
SITE SECURITY AND PAYMENT TYPES This store uses Paypal and accepts most credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to here using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if you change your mind. If an item is faulty or damaged I will replace it for you. As each item is made to order I do not normally accept returns, although I will be happy to discuss any appropriate exchanges.
