Arran bracelets

DESCRIPTION The much loved, gender neutral, Arran bracelet is a continuous tube of chain. This tactile bracelet is sized to fit, the bracelet rolls over the hand and moves beautifully on the wrist. Very comfortable for everyday wear, the bracelet is strong and durable. The chain is entirely handmade, every loop is shaped, joined, soldered and then given a subtle hammer finish which catches the light beautifully.
Available to order in silver, oxidised silver or various combinations with 14ct rolled gold. All combinations of colours and carats of gold are possible to commission. See image of the bracelet in silver and 22ct gold. (Price on application for the 22ct gold option).

Rolled gold, which is also known as gold filled is a material that has 1/20th of 14ct gold content by weight. The material is made by pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14ct gold to a core of high quality jeweller's brass, creating a durable material which has a high quantity of gold. Rolled gold must have at least 5% gold content, this is a much thicker layer than gold plated jewellery. Rolled gold has around 100 times more gold than gold plated jewellery, this thick layer of gold does not wear off. Rolled gold is hypoallergenic and should not cause a problem for anyone with skin sensitivities.

SIZING Please measure across the widest part of the hand with the thumb tucked in as seen in the picture. Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string, or I can send you a paper sizer, just email me to request one. Take the measurement comfortably snug and tight. This measurement refers to the sizes listed, for example, a hand measurement of 19cm will require a size 63. The number 63 refers to the number of jumplinks making up the length of the bracelet. The sizes are listed in the options section. The bracelets are best to be as small as possible going over the hand, so if you're between sizes take the smaller option. This ensures a good fit on the wrist. Alterations are free if the size is incorrect upon receipt. 

DELIVERY Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as the bracelet is made to order. If you require something sooner please contact me as I might have one in stock and I am always happy to meet your deadlines wherever possible.

SHIPPING is free within the UK, I use Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' and 'First class Signed For' services.
For International I use Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed', this is a flat rate of £10.
